Crystal is our Office Manager and one of our Opticians. She can assist you with any insurance or billing questions you may have. You also can see Crystal working in The Eyewear Gallery helping you select out your new glasses or sunglasses. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and being with her husband and three children.
Robin will be checking you in as you arrive at the office. Robin is very friendly and is always happy to help you. You may be receiving phone calls from Robin confirming your appointments or directing you to our web-site for further information. Robin has two children and enjoys reading and being with her husband.
Domonique is our Insurance Coordinator. She is responsible for all of the Insurance Billing of the office. If you ever have a question about your medical or vision coverage’s, Domonique is there with an answer. Domonique likes to cook and spend time with her 2 children in her spare time.
Kay works in the front office and does the check-out and scheduling aspects for Advanced Eyecare Associates. You will see Kay at the end of each visit to our office. Kay loves to interact with people and has a constant smile. Kay has one son and two grandchildren she likes to spend time with.
Cathy is one of our Frame Stylist in the Eyewear Gallery. She will assist you and demonstrate to you all of the product recommendations that the doctors make for your eyewear. She is very knowledgeable with all the most up to date lens technologies on the market, and how they can benefit you, the patient. When not working, Cathy enjoys crafts, reading, as well as spending time with her husband and daughter.
Kara is our newest member to the staff and brings with her several years of experience in the Optical Field. She will assist you in picking out the best looking frames for your face and color tones. She will also be able to help you with your vision insurance to maximize your benefits. Kara likes to spend time listening to music, time with her family, and to go fishing.
Pat is another of our Frame Stylist in The Eyewear Gallery. She is also our in house decorator. She keeps the office looking great for every occasion. Pat has an excellent knack for finding the right frames that make the patient look great. In her spare time, Pat likes to listen to music and play with her 5 grandchildren.
Robin is the lead technician in the medical aspect of Advanced EyeCare Associates. Robin has 2 levels of certifications for her position and is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant. She is well versed in all of your contact lens needs. When not working, Robin enjoys watching her daughter play sports and riding horses.
Ashley is another of our technicians you may see at Advanced EyeCare Associates. She has passed one level of certification and is a Certified Paraoptometric. Ashley is in charge of our monthly e-mail newsletters, so if you have any ocular medical topics you would like to have discussed please send her an e-mail with your request. In her spare time, she likes to listen to music and spend time with her friends and family.
Virginia is another of our technicians that you may encounter on your visit to our office. Virginia is very experienced with nutrition having earned a B.S. in Human Ecology from Ohio State University. She can assist you with any nutritional questions that you may have as nutrition plays a large role in keeping your eyes healthy. Virginia likes to spend time gardening and being with her husband and daughter.
